Installs per-user (no admin needed) and adds the WebView2 runtime if it's missing. A fresh installer may show a SmartScreen notice — choose More info → Run anyway.

Using it with Lightroom

Set Stupid Satellites as an Additional External Editor (16-bit TIFF). Then Photo → Edit In → Stupid Satellites: it opens the rendered TIFF, you remove the trails, and Save writes straight back into your catalog. Full steps in the docs.
